1/. Ask us first and we will give you cards to give to the shops so they know where to send to us and map. Our depot for garments is easy to find in Pratunam..

2/. Always ask for a proper itemized receipt. We need this to check list of your stock you buy. Without this receipt it is impossible to check properly once it arrives as we must cross check.

3/. Remember how many packages will come to the depot as we have many shipments and sometimes we lose track. Your receipts will show what is bought in so makre each buy with No1 bag etc.

4/. Buying from the shop: If you buy items and they will deliver for you make sure you put the following and mark each box. All shops have a felt tip pen so ask them and label yourself so you know whats in each bag. Mark each plastic bag or bag with the following. Your name, Destination eg UK, USA., contents and how many + total. We will need copy of the invoice once it comes to us.

5/. Most shops will deliver if over 50 items purchased so ask first before you pay. They can also arrange to have a motorcycle take to the depot as well.

6/. Email us all info of what shops you bought from and tel numbers in case we have problems.

7/. When buying in lots of pairs make sure they are per pair not each as if we add items we may mistake as per each.

8/. If no receipts we find it hard to cross check and in which case you need to be at the depot to help.

9. When you get an invoice make sure they staple a biz card on the invoice paper. This way you know where it comes from especially if buying many items. It can get confusing so make sure you have noted all boxes sent to us, how many and content invoices. if in doubt call us.

10/. Its in your interest to oversee where you can and if not right we will reopen the boxes to rtecheck if not already sent. We try our best to satisfy you.
