BUYING YOUR GARMENTS:

Most shops will deliver to our Speed Cargo if sufficient quantities for you eg not less than 50-100 items but Speed Cargo is in Pratunam market and the street is across the road from the Panthip
We mainly ship garments and no packing in wood crates. Your goods will arrive in plastic bags and we then transfer into cardboard boxes if air freight. Or Hessian bound if sea freight. If shipping under 20kgs always use the P.O. or Fedex, UPS and DHL for door to door but its is not cheap. Computer Plaza on Petchaburi Rd. The Hamburger outlet Burger King is on the corner so easy to fine and take your goods for shipping. Make sure when you buy you get Invoice with the shops biz card on the invoice. Some shops will deliver using motorcycle taxis and they may ask for a small fee. This allows you hands free. Just call Khun Tam and tell her your goods are on the way and she will track to make sure. SENDING YOUR GARMENTS:
Once we know when to ship for you we will send you Proforma Invoice. Payment is tyhen made by TT to our Asia Trading Post Co Ltd Bangkok Bank account. We then send you the BIL (bill of lading) for you to clear your shipment. Please send us full address details as the BIL will be couriered to you. No P.O.Box allowed. We also need tel number for air freight. This will have full details of your cargo and also costs which we can adjust to suit yourself. Min air freight is 45 kgs and sea freight is 1cbm. To give you an idea of cubic metres its 1m x 1m x 1m and contents around 350 jeans / or 500-800 T shirts depending on sizes.

ON BUYING YOUR GARMENTS:
Once YOU DO YOUR FIRST SHIPMENT then know what you want we can then buy on your behalf and ship without you coming here. We also send pics of samples you may be interested in and our fees for this is approx 5- 10% on the articles. eg sometimes if our staff buy for you we can get the items cheaper for you but the invoice will state every expense. We work for many buyers this way. Once we start they will normally send 50,000baht to cover the second order to buy for them. We then pack and send the goods and any difference is made up. If in credit we use for the next shipment and so forth.

AIR FREIGHT:

DOOR TO DOOR IS NORMALLY FEDEX, UPS, AND DHL. We send either DHL in 3 days right to your door or air freight what ever you want but if you want airfreight door to door it is expensive as we must use an agent at the destination to clear, then deliever to you. The cost can be more than UPS or DHL, FEDEX etc. Please note airfreight charges e.g.  45 kilos minimum volume by weight approx. 250 T shirts. SEA FREIGHT :

If you are planning to send your piece by sea, then we will pack it in a crate at the rate of approximately ( per 1 cubic metre which is the minimum so you pay this price regardless then the price drops over 1cbm.This means 1`m x 1m x 1m. The price  goes down as you increases in size, and prices vary from place to place. If you are planning to send your piece by air, then a corrugated box and lighter packing materials are used, as air cargo is weighed by the kilogram volume by weight. If you use wood then the wood must be fumigated and is an added cost. Under 20kg use the Post Office to avoid taxes etc. or DHL..

LCL = LOOSE CONTAINER LOAD: This term is used when you the customer wishes to send a lesser amount than a Full Container Load. We can send a LCL anytime our customers wish, especially those times when the stock gets low on the best seller but yet the rest of the stock has the high inventory. Don’t worry give us a call we can ship out right away and get you back up on your feet without having to send a full container.

FCL = FULL CONTAINER LOAD: This term is used when you the customer wishes to send a Full Container Load. There are 20’ or 40’ containers available and sometimes without any additional charges depending on the freight line a customer can use a high cube. High cube means the container is just a little higher and gives you the customer more room without having to book a extra container.

PICKING UP YOUR GOODS: No problem as we have trucks and staff who can help you. We can pick your goods up anywhere in Chiangmai or Bangkok and deliver to our depot in Bangkok. From Chiangmai we can quote you to truck the goods to Bangkok thus you do not have to pay transport FCL costs. Make sure you itemize everything for customs at your destination. Failure to itemize all items ---on inspection you can be fined or all or part of your goods confiscated.

PACKING: We have our own packing at our depot and also can pack to your requirements. If we need to pack into wood crates then you must also pay for fumigation.

FUMIGATION: We offer you this at our depot in Bangkok.

FULL COSTS: We can give you a break down of the costs to your port of entry but please tell us dimensions of your cargo; cargo contents etc and we work in cms.

STORAGE IN BANGKOK our company has excellent storage facilities and we can arrange to have your cargo sent to us export@pobox.com 

TRANSPORT SERVICES IN BANGKOK:  We provided good and safe transport services in Bangkok and up country.  We also now have our own transport services email: export@pobox.com  AND from Chiangmai we can arrange to have your goods trucked down to Bangkok.

DOOR TO DOOR: If you want us to arrange door to door we can but basically you can do this in your country. It is not cheap if we do it but you can arrange to have someone to clear and truck to your door. It is best to arrange with a Freight Agent at the destination port. All out quotes are usually port to port. If you arrange at your end please tell us the freight agent who will accept your goods at the port of entry.They will clear customs for you and arrange trucking to your door.

SENDING GOODS OUT OF THAILAND:

When asking us for a quotation and you wish to send personal items please tell us exactly what you are shipping. Itemize all articles so we can tell you if you need fumigation, clearance from Customs and Fine Arts depts etc. We will not quote you if you do not list all items you wish to ship. Try to work out how many cubic metres you need to ship. Min 1cbm and this means 1m x1m x1m. Over 1cbm the price gets cheaper so the more you do the cheaper it becomes.

BUDDHA HEADS OR STATUES:

Buddha heads are very sentitive for Thais to send so be aware as many shippers will not ship because one item may be a head that now needs to be cleared by the Dept of Fine Arst and the Customs. Many headaches shipping these now so we do not send relics even if copies.

PICKING UP GOODS FROM YOUR BUSINESS, HOME, hotel or shop:

Yes if you are sending personal items home and want us to pick up yes we can do this anywhere in Bangkok. We have pickups and well as 6 and 10 wheeler trucks to cranes so can arrange to pick up for you anywhere in Thailand. Please try to itemize all goods if you pack yourself as this is needed for customs to check at the destination port. It is not within your interests to hidde any items as if customs does not see it on the packing list they can and will confiscate all your shipment.

Garment buyers can book into these Hotels all very close to the Pratunam market. Most hotels have interent cafes but theres many cafes if not.
