Q: How long will it takes to deliver items from bangkok to singapore?
A: Transit time is 1 day after we handle export customs clearance.

Q: Do i need to pack my items before i pass the items to you? A: Yes better if you can arrange due to the fact we will pick up, weigh it then issue you with our Invoice

Q: Who should pack?
A: Ask the shop but you need to make sure whatever you are sending is on the packing list as airfreight is subject to exray and opened before leaving.

Q: Can payment be done after i receive my items in my country?
A: No must be paid before we send the airfreight shipment once its weighed?

Q: Can you come to our Hotel?
A: Yes no problem??

Q: How long to a general destination?
A: Depending normally within 2 days?

Q: Do you send on weekends?
A: Yes, we can arrange but their is a weekend payment. We try to send so you are not charged for weekend storage eg. Australia

Q: Who supplies boxes?
A: best way is take your items to the Post Office. They sell crinkle wrap and boxes then can band your package.

Q: Is their any length?
A: Yes over 1m the cost goes on volume X weight.

Q: Do we need to clean items?
A: Yes if your customs opens it and suspects dirt etc or food then MAF of that country will inspect and if not fumigated then you will have to pay there before release.

Q: What about fumigation if plants etc?
A: Yes we arrange.

Q: What if I want door to door?
A: Yes we can arrange but the price will always be double or close to. We have agents in many countries.

Q: Can I clear at my destination?
A: Yes we send you AWB airwaybill + docs via email and the originals go with the consignment. We guide you as to what to do

Q: You will pick up anywhere in Thailand?
A: Yes no problem but it does incur a pickup fee.

Q: Can you arrange to buy more items and get you to buy on my behalf?
A: Yes we outsource, buy, ship and do everything for you.

Q: Are there any minimum kgs?
A: Yes normally minimum is 45 kgs. Under this you may find you pay for the 45kgs.

Q: What if over 100kgs?
A: The per kg costs on most airlines gets cheaper over 100kgs & 500kgs.

Q: What does airfreight based on?
A: Weight & dimensions to suit.
